Don’t be fooled by that rugged smile, those coco brown eyes, or the boyish good looks, Brody Lipperman is all business. What business exactly? Nobody knows, but we are pretty sure it involves fractions. He is the man behind the math at Fantasy Sports Trader, although half of the time we think he just makes stuff up and throws in a few greek symbols to make it look good. He is responsible for developing the pricing model to make sure our IPOs are appropriately priced, as well as developing the statistical models that help keep the market moving smoothly. |
|
Beyond his math duties, Brody is also responsible for keeping Ty in line, something he is woefully incapable of doing. He is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries with some heavy database programming experience. If something goes wrong with one of your trades, blame him, he wrote the software. |

As you can see by his head shot, Ty is clearly not the brains of the operation, but he isn’t really the muscle either. We are not real sure exactly what he brings to the table, but he was at the table when the idea behind Fantasy Sports Trader came about, so he has been a part from the start. Ty is actually the creativity of the company. He is the reason that the website isn’t just all 1 color and 1 font, although his first few attempts at a color scheme reminded some people of the “My Little Pony” website. He is also behind most all of our marketing schemes, so if you saw our website name on a cute girl’s shirt, it was his idea. Although, if you saw it scrawled above a urinal, that was probably |
Brody’s handiwork. His background is in both accounting and database programming, and he has worked in sports marketing in his past, so there is a very slight chance that he could get you dinner with Greg Maddux. |
